Boards.ie won the "Grand Prix" at the Irish Web Awards 2008 for Best Webiste in Ireland and also Best Discussion Forum.

Boards.ie has previously won both a Golden Spider award and a Zeddy award in 2001.

Both Tom Murphy and John Breslin have won Net Visionary awards from the Irish Internet Association for boards.ie.
