    Absolutely fcuking STOKED with the 250 pull. It's a 22.5kg PR. I was gunning for 240 at this years world championships so I'm already WAY ahead of where I thought I'd be. I'vebeen having some issues with my hips and haven't sumo pulled in 6 weeks, or squatted in 3 so to come back to day and hit 250 was HUGE for me.

    Finally my pull is starting to look respectable.

    teeny bit late but just wanted to say a massive congratulations on getting 250!

    When you first texted me to tell me i was like, 'wtf??? That must be a typo', but no no it was actually you being a beast!! :D

    I remember this time last year when 200kg was having trouble even coming from the floor and to have been able to watch your determination while you literally blew each and every goal you've made out of the water this year has been fantastic, you deserved this pull some fierce amount, I'm kinda scared of seeing what you're gonna do at the comp now though!

    I really am so proud of you!!:)

    Fcuked.

    The junior world record's 185kg at 100kg. I was looking at taking a run at it next June at the Europeans. Looks like it's there to break at the world championships in November now tho. And there'd be no better place to do it.

    My hip flexors don't really like wide stance squats at the moment without any protection so I had to go in close and bury all of them to avoid being crippled with pain...

    What do you mean by 3 Board Bench? Is this some bench pressing hybrid? A non standard bench?

    Cool little medley. I thought I was the only one who had my girlfriend spot for me! No other girls bench, let alone spot, in my gym so she gets the obligatory stare.

    Yeah i was amazed how fast the first rep in particular was. Very happy with that anyway..

    I'm goign pinky on the rings for benching. It's how I pretty much always bench raw. I think it's my strongest grip, I'll take it back out to max legal grip when I put my shirt back on.
