    I enjoyed that, cheers.

I love the way he denounces Facebook while slipping in that he has over 1400 friends on it - pure Partridge.

Yeah it was good actually. I think he comes across as a sound enough guy. Of course this won't stop people endlessly bitching & moaning about him but sure tiz ireland & thats what we do best. Savage eye is the best comedy ever produced in this country by a mile.

Fair play McSavage. Keep up the good work & to hell with the whingers.

Seriously, I'd love to, but I've got something worthwhile to do.

It's cute and all trying to be a glib smartarse but being told you took something wrongly and responding with multiple silly posts rather than spending less time checking what you said is unintentionally hilarious.

And I just happened to be wearing this today. What are the chances?

yay, they asked him my question.
Well sort of paraphrased it. Well maybe it wasn't my question.

    Good interview though.

Good interview, the first video done my head in a bit you would ask a question then he go off on a rant, then ask what was the question again.Think the fourth or fifth time he done that you sighed repeating it or maybe I imagined that :D.Fair play to asking most of the questions on the thread think Dave particularly loved the nepotism question.

Great interview ,he clearly hates boards.ie and that thread in the dome with Degsy has affected him ,which is stupid tbh.He should grow up and be a man ,criticism is part of the business. If he's going to keep refering to that thread and boards and quote "he's a ****" over and over then he needs to be in front of an audience that tell him he's a legand all the time.

I love the way at the start of part 1 he's like "none of you boards people come to my shows ,with your bad vibes and your bitterness come to my effin' shows"

Feckin man child ,grow up! jeeez has the thunderdome affected him that much?

Grow a pair McSavage ,grow a pair!

^This is pretty much exactly what he's talking about. You've proved him right.

Not at all you've taken it all out of context to make it look bad ,he cannot take criticism. He's referring to boards with such bitterness ,he needs to just brush it off and stop referring to Degsy calling him a "****" ffs ,he seems to be so bitter and twisted about it so much that he wrote an article about it.

Only the mods and admins can see it now ,McSavage probably threatened legal action so it was removed ,he kept re-regging and having a go at Degsy for disagreeing with him and he alone kept the thread alive. But as you can see from the interview he's still referring to Degsy by calling "boards people" bitter and twisted.

I personally watch the savage eye and enjoy it but David should just let it go.

A bit of Backround to this

In that as well though, he was taking the pi55 a bit. Boards.ie does have that reputation - believe me I know, I spend a lot of my working days trying to combat that perception from a very wide variety of sources.

I don't think he was getting at anyone - he could have been a lot more direct and insulting if he'd wanted to be, and, remember, he sat down with us fully knowing who we worked for...

I never would have thought that perception was out there.

Not sure if you're being serious there or not but it very much is - from businesses, in other media, on other sites and from people who don't understand what the site is. Sometimes it's justified too.
