    Potholes:
I recently came off my bike when I hit a large pothole in Drury St, Dublin 2.
In my anger I emailed Dublin City Council and got a decent reply from them.
To my shock, I noticed the holes were filled withing two days!
Not an ideal solution but better than nothing.

    Cycle Lanes:
I have also emailed the council in relation to Cycle Lanes and where they should be etc. In fairness to them they have replied each time.

The address is: customerservices AT dublincity.ie.

My feeling is, let the council know when you're not happy, it may make a difference. People power and all that.
    Cheers.

I emailed about a part of the NCR, that's horrible. 6 months, 6 emails and only one reply initially to say they received the email - pathetic.
