This is a turbo crapshoot on stars. im prolly in the top 5 in chips out of c.30 remaining players.

You're almost never dominated by the isolation reraise, and the smooth overcall's range is usually solid enough.... the side pot between 2 big stacks is 3600~, and you've the possibility to take lot, it's close but ive played an awful lot of $55 turbos on stars and gradually over time ive learned never to fold here. A year ago i insta fold, 6 months ago i consider it, now it's an auto call.

** thought it was 200/400....at 100/200 it's in the "consider it" bracket.

Call and win teh sidepot at least. I think this is an easy enough call given stacksizes and the fact you probably have the best hand vs these donks.

There's a very good chance someone has the same hand or AA/KK, and no matter who wins the pot when you fold you will still be second in chips with either 4 or 5 players left. even when giving players 2 and 3 a generous range you only win the whole pot with no tie 18% of the time so it's a clear fold.

Even With 2 players all-in AK is often a hand you should pass, against 3 players it's garbage although the short doesn't really make much difference.

Shortstack pushes with any two cards next the protection push is most likely a pocket pair so your in a race for all your chips.I feel the next all in may have the strongest hand it is turbo so a call is most likely correct move its very marginal.

AK is just ace high if you don't hit, with 30 odd players and you seemingly having an average chip stack I would fold when up against 2 other players, then again I suffer from TLS way way too much

yeah whoops. Thought this was a $55 STT. Got STTs coming out my ears at the moment so they're all I think about.

Only 6 players at table in 9 handed game so I thought it was STT or final table. If we're nowhere near the money then obviously you should call.

Fold.

You are probably racing for pot vs Lapenske,

and even if you only win the sidepot vs something like AQ, you end up with less chips than you have right now.

Use your edge and find a better spot. You should be pushing when you have fold equity, not calling for all your chips in marginal spots

The problem is it's a turbo. You definitely don't have time to be waiting for good spots. I agree it's marginal, but this is a spot that AK is made for.

the problem is the player who has already called after an isolation play was made. One of the 2 players often has a pair, and the other player often has one of the aces... and you're not a favourite in that situation.

you're about 37% vs a smaller pair and AQ.

I'd prefer to put chips in with fold equity. He has nothing invested in this pot already and is in healthy shape to wait around

I played it on a different laptop so i dont have the HH.

I tried to call but I actually timed out - I forgot i had no time bank and was trying to figure out a few things whilst trying to press call.

EP had 89, next had 10 10, next had QQ.

The board read something like 8 2 7 9 K
