It looks to be a savage course around the town centre where there will be 2 laps for the half marathon and 1 lap for the 10k.. It is pancake flat..
Great way to throw it into the training diary or target it for a pb!

Perfect tune up race for me, I needed something that week for my programme - can't wait to give a running race a proper lash. Should be nice to do a race around the streets of Fundalk, just as long as I can spank LCD back into his box and show him its not all about the bike, on his home turf too
Mid week too so it won't interfere with my long bikes if I get back on the IM training game. Excellent.0 -
