    I allways thought that Mopeds were quite, Its just they have Scanger's on the back adding their own sound effects

    Nor are they mopeds. This is a moped. Note that it has both a motor and pedals.

    This contains a good definition of moped

    What the campaign (funny that it is:)) is talking about are scooters
