    I came across the site yesterdy:

    and I see there a 5/6 of these for sale in the buy and sell. What I am unsure of is whether or not they are road legal here and how they are insured.

    I was considering buying a scooter before I was quoted €1100 for fully comp. Will they similarly charge an outrageous price for goped insurance?
