HOT: Record A Song Competition

Right folks,

I'm just gonna start a little competition here in boards. No prizes unfortunately, but it would show us the boards.ie talent.

Aim:

Record a song on your computer through whatever means necessary. You could just be singing, playing guitar, piano. Whatever it is and you think it would be a good entry, just do it.

It could be your own song, it could be a cover !

Upload it to webspace and then link to it in this thread, I suppose I better make a closing date for entrys. This will be decided soon.

Once all entries have been received I will make a poll thread with all the entrys and then the boards.ie users can vote for their favourite song.

Get recording !

Its a kinda extended outro to one of my bands songs..but Im playing all the guitars on it..very and far from perfect,was more so to get the idea and the feel of the outro..I dig it..also kinda half wrote it for my gf being the soppy ****er I am..never even said thanks ! The bitch. *shrug*

i was going to dig out my 152bpm donnie darko sampling hooverfest, i've decided that's staying in my private stash tho.

might see if i can get the samples to work somewhere between 120-140...

Might aswell throw in my entry. It's very badly recorded, simple crappy microphone. Recorded it a while back when my dad died. My first and only song I have ever written.
