    Dear Beta Tester



    We're getting ready to open up the private beta testers forum for your country, and we need you to make sure that your Xbox.com forum account is ready. If you haven't already visited the forum, now's the time to do so. It's really simple - just go to http://forums.xbox.com/ and read a post. Any post will do.



    If your account is not already activated, you'll be taken through a simple setup process where you'll need to enter the email address that you gave us when you registered for the beta program.



    Thanks, and look out for your Live starter kit in the mail soon!

    thats what they are setting up. ( private one ) at least for now and then when it's launched an open forum like every other xbox-live country has.
