    Robbing the idea from another thread, what do you think is the most over rated albums of the 90s

    Mine are

    O.K. Computer and The Bends by Radiohead

    Pearl jam 10 If being in a band is so ****e Eddie then quit

    REM Automatic for the people nowhere near as good as it was made out to be

    Blur Modern life is rubbish As many good as bad songs on it

    Elliot Smith xoInstantly forgetable

    Cant think of more but i'll be back

    Ok computer and automatic fr the people?
    Can you not think of an album more over rated than that, if you have ever listened to automatic,you will notice as an album it has a continuos mood,this mood is what makes the album but not only that the album has great songs too
    drive,monty got a raw deal,find the river,star me kitten,everybody hurts
    theres two bad songs "ignoreland" and "sidewinder sleeps"
    theres also the instrumental which isnt that bad.
    ok computer has nine great really great songs on it.

    you can't say the pumpkins are over rated, they've worked for any aclaim that they got. :cool:

    Well, I dont like them, throughout the 90's I was tired of people telling me how great they were.
