Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Has anyone tried Cyclone from maximuscle? Does it work? I know the maximuscle website makes some spectacular claims with regards to potential muscle gain. Has anyone tried Cyclone from maximuscle? Does it work? I know the maximuscle website makes some spectacular claims with regards to potential muscle gain. Assuming that even half what they claim is likely to be achievable then it seems very good. What about 'stacks'? I'm considering using Cyclone along with promax! What about carbs? Would it be adequate to get all my carbs from a balanced diet while using these supplements? I usually keeps my carb intake very low because I've got a belly that I'm trying to lose. I'm going to work on it until about mid august and then start the supplements to gain muscle.

One of my friends tried that cyclone supplement - found it to be better than most other protein powder supplements that he took - saw a considerable improvement - is fairly expensive though - bout 50 or 60 euro I think - but worth it if it works for you I suppose....
