This might not be the right forum, but can't think of anywhere else.. Does anyone else here have NTL's digital package? Did two black lines appear on the left and right hand side of your screen on Sky1 some time in the last two weeks? It is squashing the image.. Not the normal 'widescreen' stylee black lines top and…

Does anyone else here have NTL's digital package?
Did two black lines appear on the left and right hand side of your screen on Sky1 some time in the last two weeks? It is squashing the image..

Not the normal 'widescreen' stylee black lines top and bottom, these ones are left and right, squashing the image vertically.. agghh..

Anyone?

Aside from the amazinlgy sh1te general service I've been getting from NTL, I have also noticed what you speak of. Anyone with a dish know if Sky One are broadcasting in widescreen now? Because it looks as if it is a widescreen shot smashed into standard 4:3....

Some of Sky One's shows are widescreen now — like that proggie about Prince William last week, so that could be NTL using the wrong settings.
