PSU Recommendations?

Anyone got any recommendations for an ATX form PSU that's 350w (ish) and _quiet_. Has to be able to handle the following without freaking out: Abit KG-7 mobo AMD Athlon XP 1600+ Creative GeForce4 Ti4600 Creative Audigy Platinum IBM Deskstar GXP 41GB hdd + the usual DVD Drive, CD/RW, Zip, N/work card, blah blah

Antec and
Thermaltake
do good PSUs, if you want something cheaper try Q-tec ones

To Mods and Admins

How 'bout creating specific topics on parts or issues for eg:
PSU Troubleshooting, Advice, FAQ. etc. (there's one sticky- http://www.boards.ie/vbulletin/showthread.php?s=&threadid=57278)

I've a 450w Q-tec that seems quite enough. Got it in Peats a while ago for about €50.
