    lads..
    180gig drive..
    think partition was 176gigs.. (NTFS)

    working no probs
had about over 100gigs on it..
    started copying about 20gigs today

and started getting messages in dialog box form from win2k saying
directory or file was corrupt or did not exist..

tried more files and everyone was the same..

    anyways..
    reboot machine
go back into windows ,drive doesnt exist anymore

when back into bios, bios sees it no probs and recognises it past POST
    back into windows
    check in disk management
    windows sees drive
    but 176gigs free!
you know it needs to be reformatted for windows to see it again as a drive.

i know there are issues with partitions are a certain size..

can ppl with experiences tell me waht to do?
    cheers
    Derm
