Bluetooth headsets

    Anyone want to enlighten me here? I am going to buy a new phone and I can save some money by buying the bluetooth headset bundle at the same time. It's the P800 and HBH60 headset.
    Does a bluetooth headset work well?
    Can I also use it with my PC, (for PC phoning) if I have a bluetooth card in the PC card slot?
    Is it legal to use this in a car instead of handsfree?
    Are there better headsets than this one out there?
