Support Supervisor Position

    Ok Ladies and Gents,

    There's a position going in the company where I work.

    Its a small company of approx 40 staff based just off Merrion Sq, Dublin.
    The position is supporting the companies own software, working with a small team.


    Pre Requesites:

    - Previously worked in a helpdesk environment supporting web products.
    - 6-7 years experience in a product support environment
    - Call Center Services
    - Tele Web Services (email response centers, customer support, helpdesk)
    - Good knowledge of following: Windows DOS?98/NT/2000 and Excel
    - Excellent Customer Service relationships
    - Ability to work in a team
    - Attend Meetings / Support Reviews and communicate issues.
    - Call logging and escalation
    - Resolution and monitoring of calls
    - Build Demo Databases for Clients.


    Knowledge of the following Desireable:

    - Previous experience of working with Gemini Helpdesk advantageous.
    - Accountancy Experience
    - Experience of working with Management Information System software
    - Use of Modem Communications eg. NetOp, Net Meeting etc.
