Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

I want to gain but I still have some fat to lose around my waist and 'love handles'. I find that really reducing the carbs in my diet is a great aid to fat loss. Is it sufficient to just increase protein intake to gain muscle(along with my weight training). I've been avoiding pasta, potatoes etc... I've been making sure to consume any carbs in my diet early in the day and to keep them to a minimum. WHat's the best way to reduce bodyfat while increasing muscle bulk??
