    can anyone recommend a good book for learing about MS SQL Server 2000, starting with the basics?

    amazon don't seem to have a great selection.

    Microsoft SQL Server 2000 For Dummies is ok. Cheap :)

    are two deadly SQL books.

    I love them more than any man should love a book that's not full of pictures of naked wimmin! :) j/k
