Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Anyone know what's the best way to do this at home? I know there are electronic devices but are they accurate or just crap? How much does a device cost to measure bodyfat? What's the best one and where do I get it. I'm looking for a cheap but accurate way to monitor my bodyfat.

Not sure if there is a good way to do this at home.

You could buy a calipers, but you'd need someone who knew what they were doing to do the test.

Total immersion baths are also not an option ..

So really you are stuck with going to a professional I think.

I would love to know if there was another way though (not related to a height/weight formula).
