    dunno cloud but its dead slow takes like about 2/3 mins to open i keep waiting to see if it times out or not...
    i use both to see which is betetr ther both the same

    Probably reading bits from your browser cache..
    dont trust the reported speeds :)
    a 28.8 Kbps modem CANT give 12KBytes per second.
