is there a way to play vcd's on a pc or ps2, i got a lend of one and am mad to see it but it doesn't work. please help

Most DVD playing software should be able to play VCDs.

You could also download vcdgear and rip the video to mpeg on your HDD.

VCD'S wont play on your PS2 unless you chip it afaik.
