Bios Upgrade or some software >??

Ok I have a Gw G5 166 mhz with 48 mb ram, I use this system as a SAN really but I have receently upgraded a 40 gig to a 80gig and the system only sees it as a 65 gig, is there any software out there that will resolve this issue?

Have a look to see if you can get a bios update, it may be an operating system limitation as well, get updates for that as well ....
When you say that it is used as a SAN what do you mean?, the only three letter acronym of SAN that I am aware of is a Storage Area Network, i.e. fiber channel based, large scale storage systems...
