Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

    hello,

my gym has been closed for two weeks (special olympics) and im not much good excersizing without some sort of regime where im observed (im not exactly the most motivated)

so for now im eating as healthily as i can and doing 45 minute fast walking everyday, as well as taking over the counter diet pills.

ami wasting my time and money taking these pills? does anybody have any preious experience of taking diet pills? (from the chemist, not doctor). i weigh 71 kilos but want to be 65 soonish.

    What's the make/brand?

I tend to take herbal energizer type pills before a session, basically they are caffeine - and I use them to boost alertness in the gym. Same way people drink a coffee in the morning.

These type of things are not essentially diet pills, but more "metabolizers". They tend to increase heart rate etc thereby burning off a bit more calories.

They can help in my experience, but be very careful with dosage.

    JAK.
