    From ENN:
It is understood that Pigsback will operate as a virtual ISP, which means that it will essentially buy wholesale Internet services from a traditional ISP (in this case UTV Internet) and re-sell the services to consumers. Initially, the company will offer two services: subscription dial-up services and pay-as-you-go dial-up. The subscription service will cost EUR9.99 per month and users will get about 27 hours of "free" off-peak Web usage per month, plus a 25 percent discount on peak-time Internet call charges.

You have to wonder if this will be just another Buy & Sell. Just as long as they don't try and sell shares in the ISP... :)

if they're only gonna offer 27 hours off-peak access for €9.99 a month, why would anyone sign up with it if UTVip can offer 30 hours on and off peak for €10.99? Doesn't make sense.
