I remember someone saying on this board a while back that you couldn't get Ultima Online in Ireland. I meant to reply to this but I was at work (working hard obviously) but I forgot my password.
Anyway,I saw it for sale in Game on Grafton St. at the back of the store.

So what exactly is the story with Ultima Online - Is it worth it? How does it work? do you buy it (in Game -arf arf) and then its free or are there monthly charges etc? I enjoyed all the Ultima games before this but I'm damned if I'm going to pay even more sponds to play another online game, God knows my phone bills are large enough as it is. Money that could be spent on Vodka and Red Bull.
Oh, and btw Hobbes when is that movie ever going to be finished?

Max, do you have all the files? because I don't and I've been waiting for Quake.ie to come back so I can upload them. Also I've tried recording from here to Ireland with an earlier version of the file (with the brother), and the lag time ruins the recording, hence the reason I've been asking numerous people to do the recording part and I'd keygrip it.

Ultima online is $9 a month to play, there are free servers out there, but they are illegal and because they are free they tend to be hacked a lot. Hacked accounts, cheating and using illegal servers gets your accounts on Ultima deleted and banned.

If you like Ultima you'll like Ultima online, however not everyone roleplays (see link earlier on) so once you know how to spot the guys who are just in the game to pi55 everyone then it's cool.

Hi venom, I've to stay in howth today (sunday), but I can meet you in either in town on monday say what bat-channel what bat time, or on tuesday night, with the rest.If by anychance you work in east-point business park, I'll be in work on monday.

Oh max, it's well worth getting, esp now that there are servers in europe, the connections are much better for non-indigo users.
