i'm buying a new digital camcorder and have approximately 700-800euros to spend on it..

im not looking for any particular fuction or anything like that from it, and i know i could get something simple for around 300euro but the 700-800 needs to be spent on a digital camcorder,
just want a nice piece of kit n' all
so any recommendations as to what to buy and where to buy it? it needs to be from an english or irish site as i need it for wednesday week...
