    yep. sugar puffs are 49% sugar i wouldnt be surprised if they have to have sugar in the name by law!

    yes most are about 11% sugar so a pint of juice has over 50g of sugar, but at least its not processed.
    it is disturbing to hear the misconceptions some of my friends have about diet and nutrition, mostly due to advertising and urban myths. the companies are using loop holes in advertising law which should be addressed
