    I assume it was Brian Murray from Templemore who won the Northern Ireland Champs in 3:49.38. Great running, a few people how have made great leaps this year.

    I have a friend in athlectics,i haven't seen him in ages and was wondering how he's doing?

    Whats the status on Peter Coughlan? Has he broke 14? this year. Not a criticism, just curious as to his health status?

    No injuries for Peter, he just took some time off in the winter, skipped indoors and is trying to race into form now. Hasn't broken 14 yet this year though! 14.04 in Switzerland on Sunday.
