    this thread was moved: http://www.boards.ie/vbulletin/showthread.php?s=&threadid=102566

Now the whole thing of Eircom purposely not upgrading exchanges due to current high revenue is surely something that ioffl would be interested in ? or is it not anymore ? On reading the charter, the reason for moving the thread is still not apparant (289 exchange is not broadband enabled, so why the hell move it to the broadband forum ? O_o )

If i've missed the reason why it was moved, could u say here ? a little note why can help usually :)

    from the charter:
    About IrelandOffline:
Ireland Offline is a consumer group with the following aims:
    1. Universal affordable flat rate dial-up (unmetered) access to the Internet
    for all users.
    2. Universal access to affordable broadband services for all users.
For more information on IrelandOffline, see the website: http://www.irelandoffline.org.

surely this fell under the second one and hence is relevent here ?
