    who wouldn't block access to their hard drives like for crying out loud there's nothing worse than you downloading a file then some kid comes along trying to download one of your files slowing down your download damm annoying it is

    They can track you via your IP address, that'll tell them your ISP. With a bit of pressure, your ISP will give them all of your details that they want.

    Most ppl wth with broadband don't mind sharing as if doesn't effect their downloading at all. If no one shares, the system doesn't work.
