    After finishing his appearances at The Carling Weekend Festival in the UK, Beck will return to Ireland to play a full-band show in the Point. This is one of five non-festival shows that Beck will play this summer in Europe, and his first headlining full-band Irish show since 1997. Beck recently played two near-sold out solo concerts in Dublin's Ambassador last May. It is in support of his new record "Sea Change".

    Special guests for Beck include Kentucky's My Morning Jacket, and Ireland's The Thrills. This will be The Thrills largest home show appearance yet. Their debut album "So Much for the City" was released recently to great acclaim. Next week, the band will also play Kildare's Witnness Festival on Saturday's leg before playing more European festivals for the summer.

    Tickets are priced €39.50 for standing and €41.50 for seating. While MCD state that tickets go on sale this coming Friday, they are already on sale at www.ticketmaster.ie
