MSDOS CD drivers?

Does anyone know where I might start looking for some DOS drivers for CD drives? I have a few old games and things I can't run from windows, and there's no driver for the cd whenever I try to do it from DOS.

Do I need drivers specifically made for the CD drive(a fairly new one, I doubt anyone bothered designing DOS drivers for it), or are they all compatible enough for a generic driver to do the trick?

quick fix: use the W98 boot disk, burn it to CD if needed.

google has lotsa of stuff about making your pc reoot from Windows and running msdos cdrom drivers

Have a look over on bootdisk.com - they might have what you're looking for.
