app for limiting bandwidth per program???

    alrighty.
    i need something that will let me set it so kazaa or whatever can only use a fraction of my downwind... say 1-2kb/s...
    something that works along the same lines as getrights speed limit...
    is there such an app?

    As luck would have it tman i came across this called netlimiter , which coinicentally does exactly as it says on the box :)

    jebus, it couldn't be any more perfect if i'd designed it myself (then it'd just be sh1t)
    you can even limit individual downloads in kazaa.
    spot on.
