Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

    Hello,

I bought a 2nd hand digibox a couple of weeks back and today discovered a problem when I put in and called to activate an FTV card. The message when no card is in the box is "There is a fault with your card..." and when a card is inserted, "Insert your Sky viewing card". The FTV helpdesk said simply it was a hardware problem "but that doesn't matter, BBC will be FTA in afew days time..."

Help someone please! Upgraded the box software to no avail...put in another card, same thing...

(box is fine for FTA stuff)

Strange fault indeed. The messages seem to be working back to front! It may be a fault with the card reader, or the little microswitch inside it that tells it when there is or isnt' a card inserted?
