Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Sky+ V2 box screws, what are they?

I went to upgrade my V2 Sky+ box tonight but fell at the first fence!

The screws used to secure the case appear to be a star type but with a small centeral pillar, this prevents the star bit from entering and therfore prevents me from opening my box.

Does anyone know what these types of screws are called so I can go an but the correct bit?

    Thanks,

    Grayarea.

    Anti tamper torq

Dunno why they bother as nearly any decent HW shop and most markets sell boxes of every kind of anti-tamper attachment.

A star version of Hex / allen key below with pin in middle. There is also version without pin
