its a modified desktop x theme, also the bottom tool bar is called Yzs Dock and the script on the right is samurize which can also give tv listings breaking news etc if u have an always on net connection

takes a bit of work tho

downloading an evaluation copy of desktopx (google it) and downloading samurize would be a start

the config won't work on your machine unless you tweak it.
make yer own config, i did and I'm shuffed with it
