unstable pings on leap

anyone noticed today that the pings are all over the place with leap, especially when playing on game servers..... I was trying to play rtcw enemy territory this evening & nearly on every game server after a couple of mins it would get a connection interuption....is just me getting parinoid or what? :ninja:
