Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

The deadline for bids for the next premier seasons is 2pm today.
With the new layout i think everyone will be happy as it means BBc UTV and SKy and RTE and possibly Tv3 can show something.

Totally buggers up EL live matches as the irish channels will spend their sporting budgets on the premiership.

I think the Irish channels will go for showing the delayed games. There will be a lot of bitching about all that football on tv.

Unrelated competition but are they scheduling Uefa cup matches so that they don't clash with CL matches as much, i.e. it would be CL this week, Uefa the next and CL again the following week - so less occassions where there is a mid-week without European football:D

Agreed, it would be nice to see some station show some EL games. Like they are all on about the merits of the league and how it is improving yet no station seems willing to give it any air time bar the small bit on tv3. Maybe if TG4 took an intrerest then they might show a few games. Maybe not.
