Anyone else ever have problems with CDWOW deliveries?

I ordered Advance Wars for the GBA on june 27th. I received an email on june 29th telling me that it had been sent and to wait 5-7 days for delivery. By July 7th i still hadnt received it so i sent an email enquiring about it. I received a prompt and polite reply back asking me to give it another 3 days. It still hasnt…

It still hasnt arrived

Do they just send packages by ordinary mail or is it registered?
How do i have to wait before it is deemed lost. Will they send a replacement or give me a refund?

Mine always arrived within a couple of days of the email saying they'd shipped, and came via regular mail.
