ntl Digital problems in Dublin?

Over the last day or 2, I've noticed some problems with my Digital picture. Rather than spend 6 hours on hold to ntl support, thought I'd try here first..... Basically, the picture quality seems to have degraded - artifacting seems much more obvious, and intermittently on all channels, I'm getting stuttering every 4 to 5…

Over the last day or 2, I've noticed some problems with my Digital picture. Rather than spend 6 hours on hold to ntl support, thought I'd try here first.....

Basically, the picture quality seems to have degraded - artifacting seems much more obvious, and intermittently on all channels, I'm getting stuttering every 4 to 5 seconds, for a second or so. It comes and goes, seems worse later in the evening.

Anyone notices anything similar, or am I imagining it?
