Just found the site again, and thought some1 might benefit from it as well. There are small animated gif's with the various descriptions of the excercises. ExRx :)…

Good Site. There's a really good section that shows all the muscles of the body and if you click on a part it shows a detail drawing, etc. and exercises to develop the muscle...very good indeed......bookmarked!!
