im thinking of upgrading my computer and want to know whats the difference between the 4 main types of cpu,s.which would be best intel p2 300 intel celeron 300 k6 300 or cytrix m2 300

Celeron 300 (Covington) has no level 2 cache ,300a has 128KB integrated full-speed L2 cache and is a newer and better chip than the celeron covington. Course there is always the celeron 400 a <IMG SRC="http://lacerta.ucg.ie/boards/tongue.gif" WIDTH=15 HEIGHT=15 BORDER=0 ALT=":P">. Amd is ****e , well for games anyways, the PII is cool if u want to pay for it, dunno bout the cytrix.
