    Hosting 365 is a young, dynamic and rapidly growing Irish web hosting and Services Company. We currently employ 8 full time specialist staff and as a result of recent growth, we would like to add to our professional team.

    We currently have a vacancy for a skilled system administrator.

    Staff are expected to take responsibility & initiative in their work and progression within the company reflects this. The successful candidate will undertake routine daily duties, project work and contribute to research and development for new products. This person will be expected to take an active interest in the strategic development of the company.

    The system administrator would need to have experience in the following

    areas:

    - Windows installation, recovery, security and debugging.

    - Expected to be very strong in Linux and networking as hosting 365 has a staff multi-tasking policy.

    - Expected to pro-actively maintain a network of windows servers facing the Internet, as well help out looking after other Unix servers and network infrastructure.

    - Ability to fix crashes in IIS, Windows 2000 and SQL server.

    - Ability to offer admin and developer-level support to customers and other staff.

    - Good communication and people skills as this is a customer facing role.

    - Expected to have some development experience.

    - Entry remuneration will be reflective on candidates experience and equivalent labor market benchmarks.
