UTV Internet and Free Installation

Hi, Did I read here that if you supply the modem that UTV will provide free installation? I cant find the post...does anybody know where I can get more information on this?

If you supply the modem, they will refund €30. You have to pay the normal €99 install fee upfront.

...so you only pay €69 install fee.
