i got my starter pack last thursday a week ago tomorrow.
i installed the anytime dialer and when i try to see if my account is ready it says account pending and nothing else surely to god they should have me set up by now!

plus i can't get onto customer care cos they close at 7.

any suggestions on what to do?

Same thing happened to me, I bet anything some twat has it lying on his desk somewhere and he forgot to put it through on the system, what happened to me, youll just need to keep contacting them and bug them and theyll puty it through

Only way im afraid, the only other thing it could be is that they didnt receive the application form, they also said that to me and above is the outcome

    Regards
    Shin

If you ring 1893 247 365 from your landline and if you get a engaged tone your not set-up. If the call goes through then your accounts 100% complete. Just use the username and password you chose during registration. I done that and was surfing on anytime a few days before the starter pack arrived.

Also they claimed they never received my application when I sent it in on June 27th but I sent in another and they gave me priority and set it up that day so I'm very happy.
