Guys ...I`ve known (and had to deal with ) Daa longer than any of you . He discovered Winuke the day after he discovered irc . I`ve lost count of the amount of times I`ve seen logs or heard complaints of his nuking and abuse - he was even stupid enough to nuke me a couple of times . Its been a long two years .....but now its over .

I am actively campaigning to have his accounts terminated . The IOL one shouldn`t be a problem ...I have enough evidence for that . I also have evidence for Tinet ...but they don`t seem to give a toss what their users do .
Either way ....until the glorious day he gets cut off , he`s on instant kline every time I see him on irc .
Therefore - it follows he is not , under any circumstances , to be allowed into #Quake .
Yes ....I know he can spoof his ident and nick , and it won`t be possible to catch him every time ....but Daa being Daa ...he`ll slip up and reveal himself .

Also ...I know this isn`t fair on people like Adra .....but if Tinet don`t get off their ****s and do something about him .......the *very* minimum that will happen is that the Tinet Ennis node will be permanantly banned from irc.iol.ie , with the possibility of *ALL* Tinet getting the heave-ho . For those of you hwo think it`ll never happen .....for a long time 2 years ago the entire server was open only to IOL accounts , due primarily to misbehaviour from users of other ISP`s .

1. Athlone got baned off IRC for less and without warning caouse of some 'B' doing the same thing.

2. Why didnt the same happen to Ennis ?? (me wonders why the word 'CHICKEN' springs to mind here.

3. By Daa. I for one wont miss all the insults, bad manners and just downright bad attitude towords everyone and anyone on IRC or Quake that you bring with you.

Regardless, DOS attacks on other subscribers is something which should never be tolerated. Kill his accounts, and any accounts that he has the use of. His list of dial-up accounts will dry up pretty bloody quickly if their owners realise they will lose them as a result of this idiot's behavior.
