In order to get them to upload with your post you will need to change the file extension to .txt (E.G tactic.tac.txt or tactic.txt).

Please give as much information in regards to the tactic as possible.It is best in away matches or home ones etc , what teams you have tried it on and what players you bought in.

Here is my league tactic, works well if you have the right players.

Centre backs must be reasonably quick or you will get caught on the break.

Use attacking midfielders on the left right and centre and use defensive midfielders with good work rates dropping back.

You probably have used this tactic before as it is the most popular tactic available and it was downloaded over 60,000 times on The Dugout. It can be used with any team and it will get you wins against the odds.

I am currently playing a game with Dag and Red. I started in the conference and I am now in the premiership after just 4 years. I got to the final of the FA cup and I won the league cup to reach the Uefa Cup to get knocked out by Inter Milan on away goals.

I'm finding a plain 442, wingers half run forward, direct passing, through the middle and an attacking mentality works wonders.

used to have the 4132 or a 4321...still have them in reserve but the 442 is my preferred now.

Nah, actually its CM01-02. I have Mexes, Roy Keane, Aliardiere, Pedro Munitis, Javi Prats, Jimmy Davis (R.I.P), John O'Shea, Clive Delaney, Tony Capaldi, Liam Miller, Matthew Williams, Roy Carroll.... etc etc.

I'm doing pretty well with the same formation in CM4 too (I've only bought it) and I don't have 03/04.

I have 03/04 and if you want a fantastic tactic look for the diablo tactic from the thedugout...I whipped Chelsea my third game of 1st season 12 - 1 away from home....its seriously flawed in respect your MC and in fact your strikers score way too many goals!

jus dl it to anywhere and then when ur at taccies screen click on load and jus find where u dl the file and click ok and itl load up

I had a good team before I bought all of those players and I got into the champions league and just offered them huge signing on fees (which I could the afford). All of them were on free transfers.

Yup. I think I paid Keane £1.6million, with a short term contract. Then once he signed I offered him a long term contract!

I think I was offering him £800 a week with the contract too.

Ok u want an unbeatable tactic for champ 01/02, 3-2-3-2 set your team instructions to Attacking and Pass directly, your 3 centerbacks should be all Zone Marking, u will beat any team in the champions league by more than 2goals and with these tactics and and my world class team i won the champions league 6seasons in a roe:rolleyes:

This works a dream. I've played 10 seasons, won 9 leagues (3 Spanish, 3 English, 2 German, 1 Dutch - All runaway wins), a European Championship (England), about 30 cups, and a 3rd place in the World Cup (Czech Republic). All were won usually against the odds. At one point I went 71 games unbeaten in the Premiership.

Select 4-4-2 attacking and don't change any of the player's runs or individual tactics on the tactics screen.....

but Select 'Defensive', 'hard' tackling, 'passing', and use zonal marking with no offside trap.


only use 2 strikers ('SC' ONLY!!) and populate your 4 player midfield with Forward players or attacking midfielders - NO defensive or regular midfielders.

try using a 4-2-3-1 with italy.

play 2 dms central, have ur fullbacks goin forward, play 3 ams behind the one striker. works great cos you can play a team like

That's exactly the formation I'm using with Stoke and I'm doing very well.

I've attached it for anyone who wants it, just change the extension to .tct and put it into the tactics folder in "My documents".

Galwaydude, I signed Steven Hislop for my Pat's team from Inverness for £2k, he's on £300 per week. He has scored 6 goals and 5 assists in 8 games. Try him out. If you can get Miguel Angel Benitz take him and run. He costs 50k and is the best player in the Championship by a country mile.

can be a slight bit dodgy in Europe with oul Bray...the 3 CBs aren't the worlds greatest at pace [or much for that matter] but my attacking is pretty solid.
