Anyone else having a problem signing up with Utv

I did it online on the 11th of last month (June) and since then have emailed them 3times(once including martin with no response) and once by phone only to be told that eircom had it in motion on the 30th of June.Granted I have not chased it as much as I should have but was wondering if anyone else has waited this…
