Batch image edit app?

I'm wondering if anyone can recommend a free batch image editing program as I have loads of 400K JPEG's that I need to make smaller by reducing image size and don't fancy doing them individually! :eek: TIA

Your can't beat 'Actions' in Photoshop.

Scripts in Fireworks ain't all that bad either.

See if you can download a trial of either.
